Job Description

As a Risk Associate, you will work in the Risk Management & Credit, Game Fairness, and Security Team within the Transaction Services department. Reporting to a team lead, you will be responsible for identifying and preventing fraud.

What you will do

• Liaise with players on account-related issues, resolve problems, and ensure high levels of customer care;
• Analyze customer deposits and account categories to prevent fraud, correct errors, and resolve issues;
• Review Affiliate account records to detect irregularities;
• Suggest improvements to procedures and systems for fraud prevention and customer service;
• Investigate financial irregularities on accounts and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and prevent fraud;
• Maintain quality control and customer care through player contact analysis;
• Investigate risk issues related to third-party processors;
• Review gaming history.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of risk management aspects, including online payments or financial services;
• Fluent in English and German at a business level;
• Ability to identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver feedback effectively;
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills;
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
