Mercier Consultancy is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Dyson customers from a home-based role in Greece. You will be the first contact for inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering friendly and professional assistance while handling a range of questions.

Candidates must have C1/C2 German and strong English, with a willingness to relocate if needed. A fully paid relocation package and private health insurance are included, plus two extra salaries per year.

Qualifications

• Ability to work from home in Greece and relocate if needed.
