Job summary

Zoomcar is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to work onsite in Indiana, Pennsylvania. The Consultant will engage with customers to drive technical services including design, deployment, and optimization of Fortinet solutions.

With a focus on customer satisfaction, the role demands 7+ years of experience in network security products, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both English and German. The successful candidate will create documentation and support clients during projects while building effective relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Network Security Products.
• Experience with designing and implementing FortiGate solutions.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer during project phases.
• Develop and maintain technical project documentation.
• Provision and verify Fortinet configurations.
• Test Fortinet solutions and verify system behavior.
• Deliver knowledge transfer to client staff.
