Qualifications

- Strong understanding of security and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Assist client staff with day-to-day Fortinet products operation and support.
- Develop methods of procedure (MOPs) for migrations, upgrades and updates.
- Create test plans and test new features/releases.
- Verify configurations and apply best practices.
- Perform interoperability evaluation of devices interacting with Fortinet products.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client staff.
