Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Expert to join our Greece hub and help safeguard financial AI content in banking and financial services. You will moderate AI-generated financial content, assess risks, and collaborate with international teams to ensure privacy and AML compliance.

Fluency in German and English is required, and a valid EU passport is mandatory to enable seamless relocation and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with our diverse international team.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in Finance and Artificial Intelligence.
• Previous experience in trust and safety, compliance, or finance-related fields is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and moderate AI-generated financial content to ensure compliance with international banking and regulatory standards.
• Identify potential security risks and misinformation within financial reports, investment advice, and client communications.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine GenAI algorithms for the finance sector.
• Ensure outputs align with data privacy and AML protocols through rigorous content auditing.
• Provide feedback to enhance the safety and reliability of AI tools used by financial institutions.
• Monitor and mitigate emerging threats in AI-generated finance workflows to protect end-user trust.
• Maintain high-quality standards in every interaction while navigating the Greece-based role.
