Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting Finnish-speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts to train, audit, and refine AI models in Greece. You will assess Finnish content, reduce bias, and improve data quality for safer social media experiences.

Excellent English communication and a genuine interest in AI tech are required. A valid EU passport is mandatory, and relocation is fully supported.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within an international environment.
• Demonstrated interest in the social media industry and modern Artificial Intelligence technology.
• Ability to navigate complex safety guidelines with critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in content moderation or similar digital safety roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate GenAI-generated content in Finnish to ensure accuracy and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate bias in social media AI algorithms.
• Review, label, and categorize complex content to enhance machine learning training datasets.
• Maintain high quality and productivity standards to support safety policies of major social platforms.
• Provide insightful feedback on language nuances to improve AI responses.
• Stay updated with trends in social media and trust & safety guidelines.
• Support improvements of content moderation workflows through data-driven analysis.
