Responsibilities

• Analyze and moderate user-generated content to enforce community guidelines across social platforms.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for safety and accuracy to improve model performance and user experience.
• Apply Czech cultural insights to identify harmful or non-compliant content.
• Collaborate with global teams to refine Trust and Safety policies in GenAI space.
• Monitor trending topics to address safety concerns within the Czech-speaking community.
• Maintain high quality and productivity in high-stakes decision-making processes.
• Provide feedback to engineering teams based on real-world interaction data to improve content integrity.
