Strada is seeking a Customer Service Associate with German to support international HR data entry and client inquiries. This remote role requires heavy interaction with HR data, ticketing systems, and HRIS navigation, while maintaining compliance with client contracts.

Advanced English and German, MS Office proficiency, and customer service experience are essential. You’ll join a multinational team offering development opportunities and a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced English and German skills.
• Good understanding of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in customer service or HR/payroll data handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR data entry accurately according to standards and client contracts.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues to meet defined timelines.
• Respond to client employee and partner queries per contract requirements.
• Provide HRIS navigation support to clients.
• Identify deviations from the standard scope and support change requests.
• Handle sensitive information appropriately and participate in projects as needed.
