Strada is seeking a Customer Service Associate with German to support international HR data entry and client inquiries. This remote role requires heavy interaction with HR data, ticketing systems, and HRIS navigation, while maintaining compliance with client contracts.

Customer Service Associate with German

Key responsibilities:

• Perform HR data entry, including data validation, completely and accurately as defined by the standards and client contract
• Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholds
• Respond to client employee and business partner queries and requests effectively based on defined standards and contract requirements
• Provide HRIS navigation support to clients
• Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and act accordingly including the identification and support of change request opportunities
• Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
• Participate in projects as needed and assigned
