Job summary

Social Factor is seeking German-speaking social media moderators for project-based, part-time work. You will help build and nurture online communities for well-known brands, engaging users in German and English, and applying brand voice guidelines across platforms. Flexibility in shifts is offered to accommodate 24/7 coverage needs.

Ideal candidates have native German skills, strong cultural awareness, and prior moderation experience. Familiarity with Sprinklr, Khoros or Sprout Social is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of German language.
• Deep understanding of German language pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice and engage with users accordingly.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required; live stream moderation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Moderate digital communities for brands in real time.
• Engage with users to mirror brand voice and guidelines.
• Monitor comments and conversations to enforce community rules.
• Coordinate with clients and team for moderation priorities and feedback.
• Utilize Sprinklr, Khoros or Sprout Social to manage workflows.
