Position Overview

Epic is seeking a German Quality Manager to join our Quality Management team in Madison, WI. This role involves collaborating with developers to test and improve software used in healthcare, ensuring high-quality standards and effective localization for German-speaking markets. The position requires relocation assistance and is open to candidates nationwide.

Responsibilities

1. Test and validate software features to ensure quality and usability.
2. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bugs.
3. Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and localization content in German.
4. Work closely with implementation, support, and sales teams to adapt software for German healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

1. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
2. Experience in translation, especially from American English to German, is preferred.
3. Ability to maintain appropriate tone, feeling, and style in translations.
4. Knowledge of Epic software is not required; training will be provided.
5. COVID-19 vaccination required.
6. Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (TN status under NAFTA is acceptable).
