Social Factor is seeking moderators with native-level German to join on a project-based, part-time basis. Many roles are flexible, with some work requiring live monitoring across major social platforms.

You’ll help build engaging communities for top brands while adhering to client voice and guidelines. This is US-focused and open to candidates in multiple states; prior moderation experience is desired and knowledge of Sprinklr/Khoros/Sprout Social is a plus.

Social Factor is always looking for great moderation talent with German language experience. We'd love to hear from you if you have interest in working with us on a project/gig or temporary basis. If you are a US-based or UK-based Social Media Community Moderator, we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for project based, temporary or part-time work moderators working in English and German. The Community Moderator role will work to develop strong, growing, digital communities for some of the world's most well-known brands as work becomes available.

Temporary Language Community Moderator Requirements:

• Native-level understanding of German language
• Deep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus
• Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow clear guidelines and workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills (skills and/or language test will be given for final candidates)
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach
• High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
• Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts
• Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X
• Personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps
