Job summary

Crossing Hurdles in Canada is seeking a Remote AI Evaluation Specialist to participate in short voice conversations with AI models, follow specific scenarios and prompts, and provide objective ratings of AI responses based on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.

You will work independently in a flexible remote environment, maintaining high-quality standards, meeting productivity targets, and contributing to language AI improvements for German-language tasks, with an hourly contract

Qualifications

• Fluent in German with strong English skills.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance and quality.
• Experience with AI tasks such as data collection, quality assurance, or data annotation preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication.
• Capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during AI voice interactions.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses based on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
