Job summary

TPMG is seeking a Geriatrician or IM/FM trained physician to cover skilled nursing facility patients in Napa, CA, across four facilities, and to follow long‑term care patients. Travel to Napa facilities and to the Napa Medical Office is required, with optional home‑based Palliative Care.

Full‑time annual salary range is $320,040 to $330,000 plus incentives up to $44,350. Reduced schedules with prorated compensation may be available. TPMG is an equal opportunity employer.
