Geriatrics -Skilled Nursing Care Full Time Opportunities. We are looking for Physicians with a passion for improving the quality of life of our most vulnerable population and their families to work in the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care arena.

Northern California sites:

• Napa
• Redwood City
• San Leandro
• Santa Clara Homestead

Full-time annual salary range is $330,000 to $340,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $45,900*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
