TPMG is offering a Skilled Nursing Facility Physician opportunity in Santa Clara, CA. We are seeking geriatricians or IM/FM trained physicians to deliver high-quality care to skilled and long-term care patients in a post-acute setting. Both full-time and part-time options are available with pro-rated compensation.

The position comes with a competitive salary range of $320,040 to $330,000 plus incentives up to $44,350, and a comprehensive benefits package. Equal opportunity employer.
