Accolades Physician Resources LLC is seeking an Adult Primary Care physician for an outpatient role in the Chicago metro. The position supports work-life balance with a 100% outpatient focus at a single location and no nights or weekends.

You will join a team of MD/DO, APP, Scribe, and Medical Assistant in a recently built clinic with on-site labs. The ideal candidate is board-certified or eligible in IM, geriatrics, or family medicine, with elderly patient experience and bilingual capabilities.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in IM, geriatrics or family medicine with elderly patient experience.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois or able to obtain licensure.
• Bilingual abilities (Medical Spanish or Cantonese) preferred.

Responsibilities

• 100% Outpatient at 1 Location.

Role Overview

Adult Primary Care role in Chicago metro

• 100% Outpatient at 1 Location
• Join existing team of MD/DO + APP + Scribe, Medical Assistant
• Capped patient panel for work life balance- spend more time with patients
• Recently built clinics with on site labs
• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p- NO Nights, NO Weekends
• Value Based Care- Emphasis on CARE
• Typical day: 11-14 Patients per day

PACKAGE

• Partner Track available; Promotable Position
• Salary range commensurate with exp. up to $240k Base + Annual Quality Bonus
• 5 Weeks PTO ; Medical, Dental, Vision + Retirement
• $5000 Annual CME allowance & 1 Week
• Malpractice with Tail
• Relocation assistance if needed

YOU

• Board Certified Internal Medicine, Geriatrics or Family Medicine with elderly patient exp.
• Ability to obtain maintain medical license in state of Illinois
• Experience Required- Bilingual or at least Medical Spanish or Cantonese Required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
