Qualifications
- six months general experience preferred as a NA
- one year education above high school with related NA courses
- completion of NA training program meets requirements
Responsibilities
- Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges and postmortem care
- Provide activities of daily living support and basic nursing procedures
- Record vital signs and intake/output; monitor patient condition
- Communicate with residents, families and the care team
- Assist with rehabilitation techniques to support recovery and community living
