Qualifications

• Experience with geriatrics, skilled nursing, and assisted living.
• Strong clinical and communication skills, team-oriented.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex chronic diseases in long-term care and post-hospital rehabilitation.
• Treat acute medical problems and injuries in skilled nursing facilities.
• Perform procedures: I&D, cryotherapy, injections (shoulder/knee).
• Provide care for skilled rehabilitation patients after hospital discharge.
• Travel locally to facilities in the Willamette Valley.
