• MD or DO degree from an approved school.
• Current full and unrestricted medical license in the United States.
• Residency training in an accredited core specialty with board eligibility.
• Board certification may be required for faculty status.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Preferred experience in hospice, palliative care and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as attending physician for the Community Living Center (CLC) and inpatient/outpatient care.
• Provide hospice, palliative care, and geriatrics services and consults.
• Participate in educational activities related to hospice and palliative care fellowship programs.
• Ensure care within established clinical privileges, scope of practice, and competencies.
• Collaborate with Geriatrics and Extended Care leadership and other care lines to promote teamwork and quality care.
