Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Physician in Saint Charles to provide outpatient primary care to seniors in a patient-centered, collaborative environment. You will join a growing team with small panels, supporting comprehensive care and continuity for patients in a community-based setting.

The ideal candidate is an MD or DO, board-certified/eligible in Internal or Family Medicine. Geriatrics fellowship is welcome but not required; active Missouri license is expected.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active state medical license required
• Fellowship training in geriatrics welcomed but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adult patients, with emphasis on geriatric populations
• Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and address medical and social needs of patients
