ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Saint Charles to provide outpatient primary care to seniors in a patient‑centered, collaborative environment. The role emphasizes spending meaningful time with patients and delivering comprehensive geriatric care.

You will join an employed team with above‑market compensation that includes base salary and bonus, robust benefits, tail malpractice coverage, and modern clinics designed for intimate, relationship‑driven care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate and licensed to practice in the United States.
• Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Fellowship in geriatrics is welcome but not required.
• Active, non-probationary state medical license.
• Strong collaboration and ability to lead care teams with a patient-centric focus.
• Commitment to providing high-quality primary care for the elderly and underserved.

Ideal candidates will be:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Have an active, non-probationary state medical license
• Be highly collaborative, and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation
• Confident in his/her ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
• Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly and/or medically underserved
• Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization
