ArchWell Health is seeking MD/DO physicians for outpatient primary care roles focused on geriatric patients. You will join a rapidly growing network of neighborhood clinics designed to deliver patient-centered, high-quality care with a focus on meaningful outcomes.

Ideal candidates are board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, licensed, collaborative, and committed to addressing both medical and social needs of seniors.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate with medical license.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Geriatrics fellowship welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care focused on geriatric patients.
• Lead care teams with a patient-centric approach and coordinate with specialists.
