Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care with a focus on geriatrics
• Lead care teams with a patient-centered orientation
• Address medical and social needs of elderly patients
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality care
