Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate with an active state medical license.
• Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Fellowship in Geriatrics welcome but not required.
• Be highly collaborative and lead care teams with a patient-centric focus.
• Deliver high quality primary care and be available to address medical and social needs.
• Commitment to caring for the elderly and medically underserved.
