Qualifications

• Must have MD/DO degree and unrestricted medical license.
• Board certification in IM/FM or be board eligible.
• DEA license active and in good standing.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer medications.
• Maintain Patient EMR data (Canopy and Greenway).
• Collaborate with regional/central leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
