The Staff Pad is seeking a Family Medicine Geriatrics Physician for an outpatient clinic in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on compassionate, high‑quality care for aging populations in a primary care setting.

Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO with geriatrics in Family Medicine, Texas license, and board eligibility or certification. The position offers full‑time hours, competitive benefits, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Residency/fellowship in Family Medicine with geriatrics focus.
• Current Texas medical license (unrestricted).
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care for an assigned patient panel to optimize outcomes.
• Examine medical records and manage conditions with care management and education.
• Facilitate referrals to appropriate providers and specialists as needed.
• Promote empathy, dignity, and respect for aging populations.
• Adhere to national guidelines and hospital standards for patient care.
• Deliver evidence-based care to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction scores.
