Diamond Healthcare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in providing client-focused care under supervision of an occupational therapist. In this in-person role, you will contribute to treatment plans and monitor patient progress across settings.

The ideal candidate holds a COTA credential and Pennsylvania licensure, with strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, and experience in geriatrics, pediatrics, acute care, or outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• COTA certification and PA licensure required.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.
• Experience in geriatrics, pediatrics, acute care or outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the occupational therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Monitor and record patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the occupational therapist to modify treatment plans as needed.
