Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Geriatrics Advanced Practice Provider to join Nature Park Clinic (0.75 FTE) and North Decatur Clinic (0.25 FTE) in Las Vegas, NV. Competitive compensation with relocation bonus possible. You will deliver geriatrics care across two clinics within a large integrated health system.

Required: PA or APRN license, PA/NP certification, DEA eligibility, BLS; ACLS/PALS/TNCC/NRP preferred. Master’s degree preferred and credentialing verified.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or APRN.
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II–V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II–V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
• Education will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Provide geriatrics advanced practice clinical care at Nature Park Clinic and North Decatur Clinic.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to coordinate patient care.
• Uphold compliance with licensing, credentialing, and organizational policies.
