Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a full-time Adult Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive medical care to ISNP members in skilled nursing facilities and other institutional settings around Las Vegas, NV.

The role emphasizes proactive care management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and reducing avoidable hospitalizations for medically complex seniors. Travel between facilities in Nevada is required; includes strong bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Active Nevada medical license, or ability to obtain licensure.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Two or more years of SNF/LTC/post-acute care experience preferred.
• Experience with HCC coding, Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, and STARs documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to ISNP members in SNF/LTC and institutional settings.
• Engage in proactive care management and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Travel between healthcare facilities across Nevada to deliver care.
• Focus on improving outcomes and reducing avoidable hospitalizations.

Education

Board Certified or Board Eligible
