- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions common in the aging population.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to build individualized care plans focused on quality of life and functional status.
- Collaborate with colleagues across geriatrics specialties.
- Contribute to program growth and community access initiatives.
