Job summary

National Wound Physician Group is seeking a Geriatrician to provide bedside wound care across post-acute facilities. You’ll experience clinical satisfaction, autonomy and work-life balance with no nights, no calls, and no weekend duties.

This mobile practice covers SNFs and LTACs within a 40–60 mile radius. Full-time hours are 7 am–4 pm, with a part-time option for 3 days a week. Paid training plus a 6-month wound fellowship, and W2 employment with benefits and tail malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted MD/DO license in the practicing state.
• Commit to at least 3 weekdays per week (Mon-Fri).
• Willingness to practice in a mobile, post-acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in SNFs and LTACs.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Document care in real-time using our EMR.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day and treat ~20–30 patients daily.
• Collaborate with wound care team and physicians.
