Responsibilities

• Provide wound care services for long-term care patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Prescribe appropriate medications in accordance with Ohio law.
• Order, review, and follow up with treatments and diagnostic testing.
• Communicate with the nursing home staff regularly about changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with the primary care physician and care team.
