Job summary

LCB Senior Living seeks a per diem Wellness Nurse to join The Residence at Five Corners in Easton, MA. The role supports the Resident Care Team, assists with care plans, and covers staffing needs as directed.

Eligible candidates hold an active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts and have experience in geriatric settings. Responsibilities include supervising resident care staff, administering medications as allowed, and participating in on-call duties to ensure continuous, high-quality resident

Qualifications

• Must hold RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a geriatric setting.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and active nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, co-workers and the surrounding community.
• Represent and interact positively with potential residents, family members and professionals to grow community occupancy.
• Evaluate resident needs and develop and revise service plans per state requirements.
• Administer topical and oral medications and injections where allowed by regulation.
• Supervise daily work assignments of resident care associates and monitor infection control practices.
• Assist with on-call duties and provide support during emergencies and staffing gaps.
• Communicate effectively with the Resident Care Director and ED regarding issues and documentation.
