Job summary

Senior PsychCare seeks licensed mental health professionals to provide therapy in nursing homes across Texas. The role includes individual, group, and family sessions, with treatment plans developed and updated as residents’ needs evolve.

Applicants must hold LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure in Texas and be able to collaborate with a multidisciplinary SPC team and nursing home staff. Telehealth may be used when appropriate, and flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• Texas license required (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
• Experience providing therapy in geriatric/long-term care settings.
• Ability to work in nursing home environment and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in nursing home settings.
• Set and monitor treatment plans for residents.
• Collaborate with SPC psych team and nursing home staff to coordinate patient care.
• Deliver in-services/educational sessions for staff.
