Job summary

Senior PsychCare seeks licensed clinicians to provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in nursing homes and assisted living facilities across Texas. The role involves creating and implementing treatment plans and collaborating with the SPC psychiatric team and nursing staff to coordinate patient care.

We offer flexible scheduling, both part-time and full-time opportunities, in-services and CEU support, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LCSW/LPC/LMFT licensure in Texas.
• Experience providing therapy in nursing home settings preferred.
• Ability to work in field and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for residents under care.
• Provide in-services/education to facility staff and caregivers.
• Collaborate with SPC psych team and nursing home staff to coordinate patient care.
