Senior Psych Care (SPC) is seeking licensed therapists to provide in-person geriatric mental health services across nursing home settings. The role supports older adults' emotional well-being and life quality through individualized therapy plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Experience providing therapy in geriatric or nursing home settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in nursing homes.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans for older adults.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and facility staff for holistic care.
• Offer staff training and in-service education to facility staff.
