Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions, Inc. seeks Independently Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LCMFT, LCPC) to join our SNF Therapy team in Kansas. You will evaluate, diagnose, provide psychotherapy, and coordinate care with facility staff in geriatric settings.

The role offers a base salary with incentive opportunities, paid time off, CEU allowances, and advanced note-taking tools to streamline documentation, with flexibility in full- or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree with Kansas licensure (LCSW/LCMFT/LCPC).
• NPI required.
• Medicaid/Medicare credentialing a plus.
• Vaccination or exemptions may be required.
• TB Test.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consultations in-person at partner SNF/LTC facilities.
• Collaborates with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff for holistic patient care.
• Completes documentation in a timely fashion remotely in our EMR (Athena I).
• Compliance with agency policies and procedures.
