Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist must be obtained.
• Preferably have 2 years of experience working with the geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for patients’ speech, language, and swallowing needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ goals.
• Provide therapy and interventions to improve patients' abilities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies.
