Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Bowie, Maryland. This role focuses on providing therapy to geriatric patients, requiring independent work as well as collaboration with healthcare teams.

The position involves a competitive salary range of $42.61–$45.42 per hour, with a schedule of 30 hours per week (Monday-Thursday, no weekends). Candidates should have a Master’s degree, state license, and preferably 2 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist must be obtained.
• Preferably have 2 years of experience working with the geriatric population.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments for patients’ speech, language, and swallowing needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ goals.
• Provide therapy and interventions to improve patients' abilities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies.
• Stay current with developments in speech-language pathology.
