Qualifications

• Dysphagia experience required.
• MBS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient needs with tests and consultations.

• Develops individualized treatment plans.
• Contributes to discharge planning and documentation.
• Maintains progress notes, reassessments and summaries.
• Provides patient and family education for understanding and independence.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to optimize care.
• Ensures adherence to organizational competencies and standards.
