Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or eligibility.
• BLS HCP certification and NJ licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with communication/swallowing disorders.
• Documents and coordinates care across inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Develops observable, measurable goals and plans of care.
• Reassesses and adjusts therapy as needed; collaborates with families.
• Adheres to departmental policies, safety and reimbursement processes.
