Job summary

Miami Jewish Health seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in a geriatric population. You will develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, discharge planning, and education for families and staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Florida SLP license and CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluation and plan of care for participants.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and coordination with family/caregivers.
• Collaborate with IDT and supervise clinical staff as needed.
