Rennes Health & Rehab Center is seeking a Social Worker to support planning, coordinating, and directing the facility's Social Services Department. You will help address residents' emotional and social needs and ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree from an approved school of Social Work, or some other human services related field.
• Experience with or interest in working with a geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluation, and directing the Social Services Department.
• Ensure residents' medically related emotional and social needs are met on an individual basis.
