Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver patient-centered therapy for adult and geriatric patients. You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based speech therapy focusing on communication, cognition, and swallowing to improve quality of life.

You will work in a collaborative clinical environment with ongoing professional development, mentorship, and strong emphasis on clinical autonomy and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
