Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver specialized therapy at two geriatric facilities focused on dementia care. The role emphasizes communication, cognition, and swallowing rehabilitation without weekend duties.

The SLP will evaluate and treat residents presenting speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized plans. A valid SLP license and SNF experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Experience in skilled nursing / geriatric settings REQUIRED.
• New graduates not accepted.
• Strong background in dementia care and dysphagia management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
