Bay Bluffs is seeking nurses with geriatric, end of life and/or palliative care experience to provide compassionate care in a home-like environment. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an RN/LPN.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Compassionate, friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify residents' needs.
• Assess residents’ conditions, chart observations, and perform assessments including vital signs and medication review.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide effective communication to residents, families, and health care professionals.
