Job summary
Elderwood at Lockport is seeking full-time and part-time Registered Nurses as part of a leadership transition. New pay rates start at $40/hour, with potential for additional earning through pay-in-lieu-of-benefits and shift differentials.

Qualifications
- Current state RN license (active)
- Experience in geriatric care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to supervise and coordinate care with nursing staff
- English reading/writing/speaking at an intermediate level or higher
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care with compassion, precision, and professionalism
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate care for residents
- Ensure high standards of quality care and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes
- Direct and monitor nursing care by Nursing Assistants
- Assist Nursing Assistants with resident care as needed
- Document in care plans, MARs, and nursing records
- Report changes in condition to RN leadership
- Maintain medication administration and proper storage
