Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Experience in geriatric care or long-term care settings preferred.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct and monitor nursing care by Nursing Assistants.
- Assist residents with direct care as needed.
- Report changes to RN supervisor and document care plans.
- Follow care plans and monitor performance of Nursing Assistants.
- Handle medication storage and administration per policy.
- Document in Medical Records and care plans.
- Ensure resident rights and preferences are respected.
