Qualifications

• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted; strong leadership and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly influences resident care plans and coordinates with health care team.
• Keep accurate and timely nursing documentation and charting.
• Lead and supervise CNAs and CMAs in delivering care.
• Maintain high standards of care, communication, and rapport with residents and families.
• Assist physicians during rounds, document orders, and report changes in condition.
