Job summary

Dartmouth Health's Geriatrics Clinic in Lebanon, NH is seeking a Clinical Nurse for a 40-hour, Monday–Friday schedule. This role provides autonomous, evidence-based nursing care within a population-focused setting.

The Clinical Nurse will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with the care team to ensure patient safety and outcomes. BLS and NH RN eligibility are required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• NH RN license or eligibility and BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Monitors patient status and modifies the plan with the care team as needed.
• Advocates for patient autonomy and informed consent while supporting families.
• Contributes to governance and professional practice; mentors colleagues and leads nursing care.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
